How to Upload Panoramic 360-Degree Images

This guide will walk you through the steps to upload your 360-degree photos before you start creating stunning virtual tours. Follow these instructions to get your images online quickly and easily.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Visit 360ARE.
  2. Click the Login button at the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Sign In.

Step 2: Prepare Your 360-Degree Photos

Before uploading, make sure to read supported formats section:

  • Your photos are in the correct equirectangular format (2:1 aspect ratio).
  • Each file is saved in JPEG or PNG format.
  • The recommended image dimensions are 8,192 x 4,096 pixels or higher. However, image dimensions must be between 16,384 x 8,192 pixels and 4,096 x 2,048 pixels.

Step 3: Navigate to the Asset Upload Section

  1. Once logged in, click on the Asset Upload link on the left side menu.
  2. Find an upload area to select or drag your images to.

Step 4: Upload Your 360-Degree Photos

  1. Drag and drop your 360-degree photos into the upload area, or click Browse Files to select them from your computer.
  2. Once the files are selected or dropped, the upload process will start automatically. Wait for the progress bar(s) to complete.

Tip: You can upload multiple images at once to save time.

Step 5: Customize Your Panoramic Photos

Go to Configuration Options to learn how to customize your uploaded panoramic photos.
